Steve is an award-winning, highly experienced board and executive level communications professional with a national profile. For nearly two decades, he has operated at senior levels in the NHS, local government and legal sectors. An innovative thinker with excellent strategic communications skills, Steve has a proven track record in driving measurable, improved communications.

Janet Flaherty

Account Director

Janet began her career as a registered nurse, working in various nursing positions and organisations for 20 years. After completing a BA (Hons) in Health and Communication, she moved into the field of communications. Her clinical background means she understands the industry, from the perspective of the service user, carers and staff members and can hone messages and campaigns that are sensitive, meaningful and accessible.

Janet has extensive experience in media relations, community consultations, social media communication, coordinating bespoke events, and writing and editing publications. Her knowledge and experience mean she is our secret weapon when interpreting what health organisations want and making it happen.

Glenn Mitchell

Deputy Account Director

Glenn Mitchell uses two decades of journalistic experience to deliver crystal-clear communications tailored to every audience. He has trained reporters now working for national titles and has contacts in newsrooms across the country.

Glenn is a professional storyteller and uses his extensive range of skills to make issues engaging, interesting and relevant.

His expertise includes media management, social media, developing and managing integrated campaigns, event management and crisis management.

Taiye Aro

Head of Marketing & Branding Development

Taiye joined On The Level PR as Head of Marketing and Brand Management in September 2018. Prior to his arrival, he was the Head of Marketing & Digital for NELFT (North East London NHS Foundation Trust). Taiye has spent over a decade working in the public sector for high-profile organisations in education, local government and the NHS.

His expertise includes project management, digital marketing and brand management.

Sean Delaney

External Communications Specialist

Sean Delaney joined On the Level PR as the External Communications Manager in August 2018. An experienced communications professional, he previously worked as a Researcher & Manager of Strategic Communications for Plenty Productions – a Community Interest Company in the arts sector. In addition, working in his capacity as a freelancer, Sean has worked for Sussex University to help launch the BBC 100 Voices project

Sean's expertise includes media campaign planning and delivery, content production and project management.

Andreea Tudosa

Communications Officer

Andreea joined On The Level PR in November 2018. She is a recent MA graduate from City, University of London where she read Culture, Policy and Management. Her studies focused on social issues and how they translate into different forms of representation, such as the arts and the media.

Andreea is also experienced working in health & social care, where she worked as a carer for the elderly. The experience has thought her about the importance of caring and the ethics of it.

Laura Sadauskaite

Internal Communications Specialist

Laura joined On The Level PR as an internal Communication Specialist in November 2018. She has worked in many areas including operational business development, project management, internal communications, administration and customer service.

Laura is vastly experienced in delivering a measurable internal communications strategy and driving staff engagement at all levels to enable staff to understand the direction and vision of the organisation. 

Steve helped transform our communications and built a strong team here at NELFT to help us meet the challenges of an expanding trust. His skills and professionalism immediately won over the staff here at NELFT and he helped lay the foundations for even better, stronger communications and engagement going forward.
